Executive Director

Oversees the daily business activities of the Association as well as oversees the operations of the Coast Guard Auxiliary Center and supervises its employees.

Richard L. Lawrence
Secretary/General Counsel

Serves as Secretary as well as serves as the General Counsel of the Association. Advisor to the Board of Directors on all issues impacting the organization.

Fran Fisher

Manages the fiscal responsibilities for the Association and interacts directly with Coast Guard Auxiliary Districts/Regions on budget and financial support matters.

Julia Dye

Oversees Association’s informational resources including website and other media capabilities for effective communications within and external to the Association.

Stan Feldman
VP Member Services

Coordinates and promotes benefit programs for the benefit of Auxiliary volunteers who donate their time and resources to support the Auxiliary's mission in promoting recreational boating safety.

David Friedman
VP Development & Marketing

Oversees fundraising and gift giving programs within the Association while coordinating efforts with the Coast Guard Auxiliary and other supporting partners to achieve goals and critical needs. Oversees Director of Development in efforts to seek and manage grant opportunities in support of the Auxiliary's program.

Charles Eames
Director of Development

Coordinates grant proposal, write grants, and oversees employee volunteer giving programs donations/grants received from various employers.
